Effective September 1, 2025, the Building Permit module in the current permitting system (Infor/IPS) will no longer accept new applications. All new building permit applications must be submitted through the new online permitting platform starting that date.
 
The Infor/IPS system will continue to maintain and process existing building permits until its closure.
 
Planning and Fire permit applications will still be submitted in Infor/IPS until those modules transition to the new platform at their respective go-live dates.
